Sani-Tech® STHT®-W Wire-Reinforced Silicone Hose & STHT®-WCO Wire-Reinforced Silicone Hose with Outer Convoluted Cover
Sani-Tech® STHT®-W platinum-cured silicone wire-reinforced hose is wrapped with multi-ply reinforcement and 316L SS helical wire. This product is manufactured with an extruded homogeneous silicone tubing I.D. to ensure product integrity, designed for vacuum and tight bend radius applications. Sani-Tech® STHT®-W-CO platinum-cured silicone wire-reinforced hose with outer convoluted cover employs a 316L SS wire helix, multiple plys of reinforcement and a convoluted outer cover for the ultimate in hose flexibility. An extruded homogeneous silicone tubing I.D. promotes product integrity.
Characteristics
The manufacturing process is carefully controlled from receiving through production. Inspection and lot traceability is readily accessible as batch numbers are assigned. All packages are identified by external labeling on both the bag and the high-quality, crush-proof box. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics’ manufacturing facility has the ability to create a variety of unique color-coding systems for your particular application needs. STHT®-W and STHT®-W-CO are available in custom coded coloring.
Biocompatibility
Sani-Tech® STHT®-W and STHT®-W-CO are manufactured from the finest grade of silicone materials and is fully characterized, validated and tested to a variety of specifications including USP Class VI criteria, ISO 10993 and European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9.
